Synopsis

This issue is narrated by Black Jack Tarr, while he is going after Shang Chi and Leiko towards Fu Manchu's fortress in Artic. Sir Denis is following Jack's steps by radio from London.Inside the fortress Fu Manchu is telling all his plans of taking over the World to his Si-Fan Ninjas. He aims first to destroy it and then rule the ruins.Black Jack finds Larner and Fah Lo Suee next to the cave entranc of the fortress while in another tunnel Shang Chi, Leiko and Clive Reston are looking for an entrance to the fortress city. Lo Suee tells Black Jack about her dad's plans of destroying the World by causing a series of nuclear explosion on the Moon and with that modify the Moon's trajectory, causing cataclismic changes in the continents and seas. Because of that she rebels against her father and fight him, but she lost and now Fu Manchu is trying to kill her.Shang Chi discover a boat in the caves and by the river they reach the City in the top of the World - Fu Manchu's fortress. Black Jack swims after them, while Fu Manchu sends his ninjas to kill our heroes. With his magic powers he succeded on giving back life to the legendary warrior Shaka Kharn. Shang Chi easily defeats a huge number of Si-Fans and at the end becomes face to face to Shaka Kharn.
